What You’ll Do:
Frame and finish high-end residential work
Follow plans and lead direction
Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness
Help guide junior crew as needed
What You Bring:
5–7 years of carpentry experience
Strong skills in layout, framing, finish work
Ability to read plans and work independently
Your own hand tools and transportation

Production & Estimating Manager

Andrew Mark is a respected, design-forward builder of high-end residential homes in San Francisco. We're looking for a skilled Production & Estimating Manager to take ownership of multiple projects—from pre-construction through completion—with precision, leadership, and a commitment to craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all phases of construction from estimate to closeout
Lead and support project managers, foremen, carpenters, and laborers
Build budgets, schedules, and scopes based on design and sales inputs
Maintain strong daily communication with clients, subs, and crews
Source, manage, and build relationships with high-quality subcontractors
Step in as acting operations lead when the CEO is unavailable
What You Bring:
15–20 years of residential construction experience (or a relevant degree and 4–6 years in a similar role)
Strong estimating, project planning, and blueprint-reading skills
Proven leadership in the field and office
Proficiency with construction software (CoConstruct, Procore, Sage, etc.)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
A steady hand in a fast-moving environment
Spanish language skills are a plus

What You’ll Do:
Run the daily operations of one or more job sites
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
Track progress with detailed daily reports and time card management
Uphold jobsite safety and compliance, 100% of the time
Communicate clearly with clients, foremen, project managers, and field staff
Proactively resolve issues and keep things moving
Originate and track change orders
What You Bring:
4–6 years of field experience in high-end residential construction
The ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
A proactive, detail-focused mindset and a knack for problem-solving
Familiarity with construction workflows and trades
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

What You’ll Do:
Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe

Track your time and follow direction

A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
Ability to lift, move, and handle physical labor
Transportation to and from job sites
A valid driver’s license and clean DMV record

What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects
Manage project schedules, materials, crews, and subcontractors
Ensure work is completed to spec, on time, and within budget
Facilitate communication between clients, foremen, and field staff
Conduct regular site walks, progress meetings, and safety checks
Handle daily field reports, time card accuracy, and change orders
Solve problems before they become roadblocks
What You Bring:
4–6 years of experience in a project management role, or 15+ years in the trades
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
Excellent communication and client management skills
Proficiency in construction software like Procore, CoConstruct, or Sage
A proactive mindset and a calm, solutions-driven approach
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
